Electrical assisted bicycles (e-Bikes) represent an emerging sustainable mode of transport for future smart cities. Several designs issues impact policy in several countries such as the UK, Europe and USA. As e-bike usage continues to grow, so too will need further research, order provide necessary data inform industrialists what cycling features matters a wider, diverse adoption this transport. This investigation discusses results from survey on end-user preferences e-Bikes that be developed coming years. User related safety convenience were defined using market reviews responses gathered 638 potential users mainly North America. Data analysed rank importance desired functionality improve uptake within urban environments.
